Bio: Declan brings a breadth of experience to his facilitation practice. After a career in corporate marketing and human resources he became a Business Coach/ Professional Facilitator in 2006. With good listening skills, and a non-judgmental approach he takes the time to understand his peer group and coaching members before offering input and direction. The members’ needs are always the focus of his work and he strives to help group members to achieve positive outcomes.  Declan is married to Lisa and has two sons (Pierce and Shane) and two daughters (Alana and Aisling) ranging in age from 23 to17. For fun he plays golf but not so well!
